Rolex created a Facebook page for the first time ever, and used the timeline feature to showcase the icons and their watches throughout history, resulting in a quite literal timeline of Rolex iconic history and the icons associated with it.


IN-STORE / OOH

We wanted to create an experiential display across various outdoor and in-store locations to help tell each icons' story and history with their watches. The interactive touch-screen displays revealed the specific Rolex watch each icon wore, along with more information about both the icons and their watch.


ROLEX  X FORMULA 1: "EVERY SECOND COUNTS"

As a sponsor of Formula 1 across the word, Rolex created this video as part of a promotional effort prior to the start of the season. Using exclusive footage from Formula 1 races, each clip in the video, with the exception of the first scene, is exactly one second long. During a race, when every second truly counts, this technique helped reiterate the importance of having the highest calibre timekeeper, Rolex.
